This course provides a holistic overview of cultural diversity in an increasingly globalized world. It examines cultural differences, sensitivity and shed lights on the role of key cultural issues such as gender, religion, traditions, customs etc. in business/organizations and contemporary society. The course also analyzes various aspect of intercultural communication and skills

Interpersonal skills, induction and integration program:
Our seminar help students in international and boarding schools to better integrate in a new learning environment. Our sessions seek to enhance interpersonal skills with icebreaking activities and presentations. We give guidance and briefings concerning local norms and lifestyle that help facilitate on-campus and local-community integration.
Study abroad and cultural exchange program:
GILEC liaise and act as agent with Swiss/European universities and schools to facilitate exchange and recruitment of African students. We also help facilitate cultural integration for students, trainees and young professionals going for studies, missions or internship to Africa.
